The service

Polldance lets operators run live votes during their events. The audience votes without an account; operators manage their sessions from their dashboard.

Your content

Operators are solely responsible for the polls, texts and images they publish through the service, and make sure they hold the necessary rights.

Accounts that abuse the service (spam, illegal content, technical abuse) can be suspended without notice.

The service is provided as is

Polldance is provided without availability or durability guarantees: do not make it the single point of failure of an event you cannot restart.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
